Since the beginning of 2019, the project SOUVERÄN supports and empowers people with a migration background in self-organization for occupational integration.
Self-empowerment in self-organization—being well-informed and able to act independently within Germany's social and constitutional system—is an important and sustainable step for integrating into the labour market.
With a diverse range of services, we support and advise migrant individuals, initiatives and organizations in the development of independent, self-determined and goal-oriented strategies for occupational participation.

Our services are aimed at people with a migrant background regardless of their residence status—people with access to the labour market, women on their way to occupational integration, new and existing migrant organizations, migrant communities and people and groups in rural regions of Schleswig-Holstein. We have a wide range of offers for you, which also take your individual needs into account. With the goal of self-organization and participation in the labour market, we empower, support and coach migrants on various topics, such as funding opportunities for associations and projects, as well as educational opportunities.
